That's gotta be photoshopped.
If that was a real trailor the axle would be in the centre.Every time the car went over the slightest bump it would rip the skirts off that trailor.Not to mention it ploughing into the tarmac.Plus that TV looking thing would,in reality, be sticking out of the windscreen if you look at the angle of it.

the distance in front of the front door looks too thin aswell, but it is a bloody good bit of photoshopping.
if i was going to make a "car" trailer like that in real life as a replica of my cars backend, i would put an exhaust on it!

I dont think it is photoshopped, that tv is a flat screen so the top may be almost touching the winscreen, but not poke through it, the reflections all look good.

Look at the reflection of the garage canopy (the yellow one) it runs across the trailer a up onto the roof box of the tow car. I think this would be quite hard to do. Also the reflection on the trailer across the panels of the car would be very hard to do.
If this has been photoshoped then it's been done very well.
