Blimey, I wish I could get an industrial unit down in London for that. How big is it?

It is about 850sq ft. I am in a lockup already but it is 25 miles away from where I live,being an emergency move from the one I used to have,3 miles away. Because the landlord decided to knock them down due to the river at the back erroding the back foundation plus flooding. But they never got knocked down
