Errrr how does he get to fly what looks like a light aircraft over New York??.
I thought after 9/11 they had stopped any kind of non commercial flying in that area?.

He qualified over here a couple of years back and has had his clearance to fly in the USA for a couple of months,there are some restrictions still inplace over New York and they are apparently quite specific in there threats that you will be shot down if you do not adhere closely to restrictions imposed on civil aircraft.

yep its a sad thing seeing the dakota building, strawberry fields and the imagine mosaic. feel like we've been robbed of another 20 odd years of JL's great music he would have wrote, among other things
