That is just increadible. I've had people say that they've got their turbo's so hot that they have gone transparent and have been able to see the vanes in the turbo Now that I'll believe when I see it, but it makes you realise the insane temperatures engines have to deal with!
Is that an Indy car engine?
I can't decide if it's turbo'd or not. The exhuast pipe splits which is a bit strange, whats that for? The Reason I thought it might be a turbocharged Indy car ngine is what looks like a boost limiter on the top of the intake manifold in the second pic.
That doesn't like like an indycar engine to me, there is no turbo in the picture. The split is there so all of the primary exhaust pipes can be an equal length, going into the collector (four into one). That is fecking hot though, marshmellows anyone?
Ha, i tricked you! I knew it was an indy car engine, i can see the turbo in the far right of the picture, behind the engine I was just testing your skills of observation
