Spam mail

When I first got an ISP it was Demon, way back in 1996. It was the only e-mail address I used up until 2000, when I registered my first domain name.

After one drunken night at uni and one of my mates signing up to all and every porno site there is, the mails became a bit ridiculous.

Whilst I now use Virign, I regularly log into demon just incase. I had't logged into my Demon account for 6weeks and thought I would check it tonight. Look how many I've got to download:



After 30mins I have downloaded 886 mails, and so far every single one has been porno spam. It's a bit of a joke really isn't it!!

i get 170 emails sent to my hotmail account over 2 days! I've never even given that address out, or signed up to anythig with it! I only created the account about 10 months ago to use MSN messenger! It's ridiculous, they should put a charge on sending spam mails, £50 a TIME, they'll soon stop! I even got one for double glazing today

BTW Sapphy that is some acheivement go to the top of the class! i am jealous cos i used to think i was really good at useless things but looks like you got me beat!

I've always wonder if you could reply to them saying emails sent to this address incure a £10 administration charge, further emails will incur this charge

Thing about porno spam is that they do it from once only accounts: oifhwehpaw@hotmail.com etc...

I'm sure they probably get thousands of mails returned but never know as they won't log into that account again. It's why they have un-subscribe at the bottom of the mails - when you click that you verify your existance and they can sell your address on as a confirmed. That's probably why they send the mails out in the first place.

but if you go on to there website, you can normally find the correct email address and spam them back. I useally send them loads of large file saying bugger off
