Info Request: Rwd Zetec exhaust

Hi all I'm doing a rwd conversion on my mk2 escort, it's just going to be track car and wondering which exhaust manifold will give me best performance, my setup is standard 2.0 blacktop r1 carbs and Megajolt. Any help would be appreciated
