Had it two weeks now!

Did slaters stages rally on sunday to see what needed doing and to have a refresher in RWD,
we finished 13 O/A so not bad at all really as it was the first time i'd drove her and i havnt done a tarmac rally for years,

Bit of an update,
since the last rally we decided to take the engine out to check it out, and found it was in need of a rebuild so put all the wheels in motion for that but wanted to get out and have aplay again!!
so I bought a new engine



After a frantic 2 weeks we had it all fitted and running but not really tested but on fri we had scrutenering for the plains rally it went through with no probs but on the way to signing on the battery died as I'd forgot to conect the charge cable to the back of the alternator,
all connected up and on the start ramp on saturday morning coughing and spluttering,found that the TPS sensor was out so it wouldnt idle and untill I gave it a boot full it would misfire!
managed to keep going all day had about 12 stalls on the hairpins, but still enjoyed the day!
First time on gravel in a rear wheel drive car
will try and post some more pics as I get them made afew changes since the last ones.
