HI, the ecu is an mbe 9a4 unit. PRior to this it was an either full on or off for the timing, now it's utilizing the cam sensor as well, so can determine how much is need and when, do a search for dynoman on here. He's in the know, a mine of information, and does a top brew!

As dyn-car-gwyn says its the MBE 9A4 which we have developed in conjunction with
MBE and SBDevelopments to enable the entry level ecu package too drive the VVT
with its own seperate map, as Ford intended.

well, following my recent event, rally bryniau clwyd, the first completed event since the latest re map. very pleased with the car, very drivable, and plenty of pulling strong everywhere, regardless of how steep the hill! managed a 6th o/a, 2nd in class. so am pretty happy with that result to say the least! hoping to get a few more events this year, so i can maybe creep up the results a bit!
