how to lower a car

please dont tell me to search for tutorials

can someone just tell me how to cut out the body of the car neatly and lower over the wheels, but repairing the background thats left in white???
i got photoshop today and been having a play, i just wanna see a result

heres the pic i was playing with, please use it if you want

on that one just cut the wheels out and move them further up. then make good the shadow under the car

The way I do it is to select the body of the car and the surrounding background and lower it onto the wheels, if you get my drift

hehe yep i get the idea

i tryed that but i cut the whole body out and moved it downwards, looked great but there was a white area shaped like the car in the bacground that i didnt know what to do with.
i can see that you have cut along the curb and around the front of the car, under arches etc and moved the car and scenery down, good idea

Yep, you've got it It's the easiest way to do it as there's no messing about with shadows or the background.
