First find the car you want to change the colour of.
Then paste the photo of the car into Paintshop and duplicate the layer as shown below:

Once this is done you then need to select the part of the photo you want to change colour, so by using the Rectangular Marquee tool draw a rectangular box round the car like shown:

Then to change the colour you need to click on 'Image', 'Adjustments' and the 'Hue/Saturation'

A box should appear having clicked on the Hue/Saturation tab like shown below

Slide the Hue/Saturation bar left or right to change the colour of the car. Once this is done you then need to cut out the areas around the car that have changed colour too. So usuing the Polygonal Lasso tool to do this:


So higlight around the car the bits you want cutting out then once you have linked up the polygonal line, hit the 'DELETE' key and it will change the colour of the background back to normal!
*NB* This last step will only work if you 'Duplicated' the Layer right at the start!
