do me a favour this is my m8s toyota starlet its running 4x4 running gear and has a carbed NOS 2.9 24 valve cossie engine he is a bit he needs to see some various colours
especially pastel yellow like the vw beetles also any ideas on what wheels will look good on it bearing in mind he can only fit 15" under the arches all ideas on colour and wheels welcome thanks in advance

well done you lot even putting the missing sill in try to stay away from metallic paint as its mainly fiber glass and it looks orrible solid colours please keep up the good work and the wheels look great aswell

Secret_Servicer, HTH is Hope This Helps. I thought it would be easier if people had a white one to work with to start with, also clean up a couple of the gaps and the sil, it'll take simple colour changes much easier. NorthernBlokes red and yellow ones both look stunning!

CossieMetro, looks a good car . I've seen a spaceframe one of these go round knockhill. OMG it was rapid!! cossie powered i think.

he lives near me this car should handle aswell 4x4 sounds the nutz triple carbs he still pondering a colour scheme and wheels i though 5 spokes of some sort so if people want to try a castrol shell colour scheme all are welcome the bodywork is being preped now

theres only 2 choices of wheels as far as im concerend cossiemetro,
4 spoke revy's and super/minilites of course im talking 10's on the rear 8's on the front

makie it look like a real hot rod modern wheels look shit on old cars

Thanks to all who have taken the time to work thru this. Suffice to say that I am enough of a sad act that I now have a multicoloured poster stuck on the bog door... right now it's white, red or (pale) yellow.
Re. Wheels. It would seem the choices are fairly limited. Something simple or something older seems the best bet so far - They do though all have to be the same size on a 4wd....

PS. Anyone wanna buy it?

or try the cheaper option which is Compremotive's, they do all sizes not sure who does revy's but try rining Burtons? see if they know a dealer this is the way forward mate, 5 spokes look crap and just imagine how 'ard it'll look on Minilites or revy's

just checked the minilite site and they list 15x7 and 15x8

i know he needs 15's cos of the brakes i gues but 13's would be even better
