the cartoon effect is very good, are you using a particular function in PS or a group of functions....?

It's makes cars look like they're from that Automodelista game.

I just go round the car set a new layer and find the shadows and then paint and then I go round the edges with black??? if that makes sense?

but It reminds me of the batman comic drawings? simular to this.
