    Home built X flow

    Built by my dad in his shed, never let me down and still goes as well today as it did when new
    1600 +90's
    bcf2
    twin 40's
    steel posts
    hi pres oil pump
    blah blah blah

    109.9 @ 6364
    103.5 lbft @ 5076
    This was with old filters and no trumpets.
    I now have 50mm trumpets so will be interested to see if it tops 110

    And dave it was running 38 degs max ignition which they said was probably a couple too high.

    It used to have an alloy rocker cover too but i couldn't handle the power

    thats a good un ,

    at that power output and with a fairly mild cam i wouldn't expect a big difference from the trumpets but you've got to try, a well moded head with Mex/Gt valve sizes should add 5-10bhp more

    When my brother had his x/flow it was same spec with a stg 3 head and it had 120bhp. So your on the right track there.
