    Some new shoes for the cossie!!

    Here's a pic of the cossie with its old 17" OZ Polaris alloys.......




    And here it is with its nice shiny new 8x18" Compomotive MO alloys with Eagle F1 225/35/18 tyres

      I like them much better than the Polaris rims m8. Make it look a lot tougher.

      Wish my dad would get rid of his Mitsubishi and buy a frigging Escos like he has been saying for 2 years.
      Must be trying to get his youth back IMO.

          It looks even better in the metal too

          Pictures dont do it as much justice as in real life

          The Compomotives where purchased to go over the AP's as the Polaris needed 10mm spacers......

                          Sweet! As it happens i have a set of 8 x 18 magnesium Speedlines waiting to go on mine! Were there any problems with fitment Daz? + What offset are they?

                              The reason why the MO's where chosen is because of the AP 330's.....with a standard offset and 8x18" they fitted straight on using 225/35/18 rubber with about 10mm between the wheel and the shocker......if he had used 40 series profile rubber then it would have caught on the arches.......the rubber was hard to fit to the tyres taking 3 people to fit each tyre and 1/2 hour to do 2 wheels and there was a set of 5......best part of £1600 as well

                              I would expect the Speedlines to fit straight on as they are a motorsport wheel as well...
