ah well,looks like i'm gonna have to take it careful on its first day out,28th @ goodwood.
anyway a bit on spec
shell:-
motorsport shell without sunroof
fully seam welded
strengthened gear box tunnel & foot wells
reinforced chasis legs and tyre well
reinforced rear turrets
reinforced front turrets
12 point welded in cage,triangulated to front turrets and intergral strut brace
interior:-
nothing!!everything removed even the handbrake
door inners cut out front & rear/perspex windows,front with sliders
reinforced firewall to seperate fuel cell from cabin.
6 point buckets(now out of date)
6 point harness
passnger foot rest (purely for comfort!)
drivers foot rest
handheld fire eater in passenegers footwell
plumbed in fire exstiguisher,driver and exterior cut offs
battery master shut off ,driver and exterior cut offs
digital dash with datalogger
complete rewire,everything not necessary removed...all remaining electrics wired thru shut off and all with independent relays.
carbon fibre centre consol(where vents were)
with switch panel
start/stop/run switch
indicators
ecu
dash
3 fuel pumps(we'll get to that later)
fans
wash/wipe and an aux switch.....which will be for a water injection system(that i'm gonna make for £40!!!!!!!)

main fuel pump(standard at mo)
twin facet fuel pumps to prime swirl pot

rear:-
2.25 adj bilstein rose jointed coil overs
strengened rear beam,all rose jointed,with solid diff mount
fully adjustable arms with rose joints
no rear arb
no bushes...solid mount to rear frame
front:-
2.25 adj bilstein coil overs
concentric top mounts
adj compression stuts
adj track control arms
adj drop link arb attached to chasis just behind the rad
no bushes
brakes:-
rear standard apart from mintex M1444 if i rememmber rightly
front ap 4 pots with 300mm X 28mm discs and bells same pad as above.
areoquip -3 thruout
brake bias adjuastable pedal box with .70 on rear and .625 on the front.this was a to fit
diff/gear box are both standard,though i've got "thicker" drive shafts....what ever that means!
engine
(here we go....i was dreading this bit....but saying that if u've got this far my hat comes off to u!!!!!)
H T Racing engine complete rebluid as follows
head and cams are standard
wire rung block with standard gasket
Mahle 4X4 pistons.comp at 7.2:-1 with valve cut outs
fully lightened and balanced
pistons,rods,crank,flywheel and clutch
grp A bolts through out
high pressure oil pump....shows 60psi at idle!!!!!!!!
big wing sump,with fabricated baffles approx 9ltr capacity
twin plate,6 paddle clutch (this is a monster)
oil cooler,seperator and external catch tank with take off to atmos
swirl pot,cone etc etc
dark greens,stage 3 chip,3 bar etc etc
4wd turbo with 360 bearing
3" system scorpion with 3" tail(try to keep it as quite as poss)
i think thats it!!!!!!!!
oh yeah standard gl sierra rack...saves 20 kgs over the normal rack an d allegdedly 5% extra horses!!!
oh yeah....filling cabinet door front splitter,it adds 10 kgs but it looks damned silly!!!!!!!!
touch wood every thing is go for monday.....
engine not run in,so will be taking it easy
untested gear box/diff/engine and brakes
anyone want to buy it???
comes with 6 spare wheels and 10 slicks

this monday at goodwood,all day hopefully,touch wood.....
shud be fun,going out with a couple scoobies,an M3,2 elises
lots of pondskaters,and a pro radical..doh!
picture me going round with an un run engine,untested gearbox,new un bedded brakes....gravel at madgewick here i come..........
i'm with worry and ing it...lol
pop down if u can bud.....i'll be the one with the neck brace on!
