Hi Guys, since selling my Escort 5 years ago I haven't been on here much but I now have a new toy and am back! I have bought an MG ZR 160 VVC Rally Car that is legal for both Road & Stage Rallies. I plan to use it mostly for single venue tarmac stage events but am going to debut it at the Hillclimb on Epynt that takes place June 15th. Below is the original ad I saw that details spec; 2004 MGZR seam welded and reinforced in the right places,omp fia cage with harness bar fitted, just had a freshen up with a coat of paint, braces front and rear, polybushed throughout, all lines inside the car, full set of polycarb windows and film covered glass for doors for electric windows, Sits on 15" wheels and Dunlop A2 rubber 8mm sumpguard 5mm tankguard, bilstein coilovers on rear Custom made Gaz gold front coilovers that were made to my requirements and much stronger than the run of the mill ones, 282mm front brakes with mintex f4r and 262 rear discs with ferrodo ds2500. Engine has been rebuilt a few months back with a low mileage bottom end 47k, head ported and shortened guides advanced vvc timing and a few other mods inc reprogrammed ecu by an ex MG sport and racing technician. super 1600 manifold with stainless exhaust heat wrapped by the fuel tank, tests @ 83db on the 2m noise test, straight cut gearbox with plate LSD.
