Was a really good day as ever Rich...and the escort was certainly on form.

Found out I bent the steering arm when I hit that bin, meaning that the passenger wheel was facing a different direction by about 50mm.....Woops! (atleast I can understand why I couldn't get the car to hook up)

lol...yes he was surprisingly understanding....infact I only realised what had happened as I was driving the car over to scrutineering at castle combe...

So we had to straighten it out, and adjust it by eye using the trailer as a reference. Still, cant have been that bad as I set a new record that weekend which I was really chuffed about.

Thought I may aswell put this up, just found it Rich.

fastest sprint time (lap of castle combe) for the porsche championship of my class in the 13 odd years it's been running. I did it in 69.17 seconds....I was well pleased.

When's the Healey weekend by the way?

Shit man...just reading about the incident with the engine aswell....what a pain in the arse.

Warrior would be awesome though....and set the car apart from the rest. I was only looking at one the other day at Gurston Down in the well known hillclimb mk2 below. Well cool!

                    Ta Muchly.

I suppose i ought to update you all.

We have doen a few rallys.

                    Longmoor Loco December 2008:

The we went and did the Southdowns Stages at Goodwood in February:

The we went to the Mini-Tempest at Longmoor in April 2009:

We bust a clutch cable and missed stage 4, but were able to continue unclassified, so we went show boating...

We then went to Belguim in earlier this month, for the Monteberg Sprint in Flanders, but our engine blew up in practice, so we got on the fine Belgian beer in the afternoon.

Got to say what a well presented car you have Very nice.

Just watched the video, and noticed Mark Strakers darrian. He used to work with my dad, he crashed his car a couple of years ago, smashed the back end if i remember. But looks like its back out and running well.

Your tyre smoking was much more impressive though
