Just a thread of my pride and joy I would like to share with you guys. Firstly the car started off as a standard Mexico and I had intentions of restoring it back to original with a xe in for some Sunday fun. But then I met rob (monte2) and my prospects kind of changed and eventually it has ended up been a full on Tarmac grp4 spec mk2 lol thanks big lad;-) any way the shell is all grp4 spec with a ff/tt atlas with gripper diff /ap brakes/diff skid etc casing and diff set up by Tom at Fostek and I built the rest. 8/15" compomotives . All new front suspension set up (Tarmac) with tension strut kit 2 1/4 bilstiens with 300/100 inserts ally hubs /gartrac tarmac steering arms /accentric top mounts /h/d quick rack /squires crossmember /t45 multipoint cage 2.0 xe freshly built Tarmac spec drysumped/qed steel rods/high intruder pistons/fully worked p+p head /solids lifters /verniers / skeleton flywheel /ap twin paddle clutch etc the list goes on

Hi David it's aerospace heat reflective gold sheet I bought it from Autosport show for £40 from nimbus Motorsport stand (cheepest) it's rather hard to apply let's say there was a few hours in the garage putting it on.its sticky backed so cut to shape etc then apply with a heat gun to ensure a good grip
