So, AZLK 412 1987 model year was purchased in fall 2008.
Largely inspired by the cinema film "Racers" in 1972 directed by Igor Maslov about London Rally Mexico .
Bought for 200 GBP specifically for the rally
Built long and hard as the second sports car in amateur rally team.

I was fortunate to work in a team famous racer, multiple champion of the USSR Alexander Nuzhdin. Everyone that I know I have to just him. I bought the car completely standard. Today, these cars usually break for fun, there is no respect for them and they are cheap. When you buy them to have worked 10 years at the plant. The standard 1.5-liter engine, I replaced the 2.0 liter with the latest generation of machines in 1997. Motor AZLK brother motors BMW and Mercedes M 10 M 102 are structurally similar. Under the order was made camshaft, manifold and carburetor for a lot of things. Transmission of the VAZ 2107 is at times more reliable standard! I installed the other 8 damper springs. So we went to the rally sprint! It was terribly dirty, but it was a real test of the car and its abilities. We finished six in the overall standings of the 10 machines. Which is normal given the first serious check the car!
So we managed to get the intake system! I and my co-driver Nicholas install it yourself, and even brought. The truth is far from the mixture Ideal I did not program rules.
