Hi Vince, I was per warned that there was oil there but couldn't see anything so carried on regardless! Should ave listened.

You and Lloyd did great, well done.

Thanks Matt, yes , it makes a difference now Lloyd is driving on the road . He's not taking time to get back into driving a car. The biggest single problem with the juniors, lack of seat time.

Good stuff. I did that one last year before I decided to give the car a refresh. It was very slippy and had a few speed bumps around. Enjoyable event though. I dont think I'll be doing it myself this year. If an opportunity arises I wouldnt mind hoping in the silly seat with someone.

Looks like fun! If you need afew bits I've got a complete n/s door, 1.4 struts hubs n shafts ( don't know if the same as 1.6?), got afew 17" mgzr alloys not sure if they are any good think afew maybe cracked maybe some other bits as I broke a ZR up in 2005. All free

Matt, I've heard that the AMC stages isn't running this year now. I think you should come and play in Pembrey on the Peter Lloyd Stages in October

Hi Arwel, I figured it must be off. I will put an entry in for Pembrey if I can find a nav. For some reason my mum would rather sit in a 300bhp Darrian than in my MG so I need a plan b. I've only ever done one event without her and that was 10 years ago so don't have a pool of navs to choose from!

Ahhh bloody hell... what is she playing at?? ha ha ha ha. There's normally plenty of people out there willing to nav... as long as their not a complete numpty you'll be fine. I dont have a regular nav as such. Abigail has done mini epynt and caerwent with me and now Mewla next week but she's not fussed on doing the single venues, so Im sort of in a similar situation.

Starting to prepare for the next event now which is the Peter Lloyd Stages at Pembrey on Oct 13th. I thought car was more or less ready to go but it turns out that our small brake fire has done a bit of damage. Car needs a new caliper, ball joint and track rod end on the passengers side before it competes again.
It is currently sat at Fairfield Motorsport so no doubt will be back and ready to go fairly shortly.

What tyres are you going to run? I've got a bit of life left n my DZ03s so thought I'd run those on front and softer yoko 48s on the rear. Rhodri, this question applies to you too
