First thing is: in some Corners we got slipping Tyres but the LSD work very well. So we found out that we got 1 Tyre up in the air in tight corners.
We found out that we need more damping way because the shock absorber was complet on block. On Saturday we go to a fella who stopped racing his Escort and we buy his parts he´s got different shock absorber so maybe the problem could be solved by Saturday.
Suspension probem is solved we mounted modified bilsteins. They are shorter than the original. So maybe on the weekend the engine gets out. And i got a set of arches on the weekend I make some pictures they are real wide
Today was the first real working day on the winter works
-Moved the Engine out
-Oil and Water Radiators out
-started to work on the wiring
-started to build a new sheet metal on the tunnel to hold the switches etc
-and I cut out pieces of the inner front shet to make more space for the radiators and a air intake
-started with grinding the engine bay for a respray
Not many done in the past time still collecting and ordering parts.
And started a fxxking job: get rid of the under car sealing
warmed everything up with a blow dryer and then with a big screw driver, but I have to try a other way
and thinking about more air inlet in the front panel
Yes sh**t job. Thinking about getting parts of the inner arches dry ice blasted.
Finished a new switch panel and fuse panel.
The perfect bias pedal box from oldskoolrools arrived today.
Wanted to start some welding today but gas of the welder was empty
