    Windmills were a great help!

    So the car is back on the ramp and I need;
    Shaft on passenger side
    New 5th gear
    Pair of new top mounts

    3 weeks until rally so this all needs doing swiftly!

    Certainly looked to be moving at a swifter pace. I hope the windmills helped

    My fault on this occasion Luke, started taking big cuts and came over a kerb with passenger wheel in the air so as soon as it hit the road again it snapped! Lesson learned

    Thanks dude, I love the sound of the bodies, I don't know if we were actually going quicker but it sounded quicker which I think is more important!!
    Lost 5th gear too so a gearbox rebuild and a shaft before Talbenny!

    Oh well, a mixed day on Tour of Caerwent, was enjoying the car and building up speed but a shaft let go at the end of stage 4 so it was an early bath.
    On the plus side, the engine is great and I really enjoyed driving the car and am starting to get used to it so hopefully all will go better at Talbenny in 3 weeks.

    He's back from Belgium tonight so hopefully he'll crack on with it tomorrow. Engine fitting hasn't started yet but I'm sure it won't take long.
    What are you buying? 48s?

    Then entry list for Sunday's Tour of Caerwent Rally has been released and we are seeded at car 70 out of 87, hopefully will finish a bit higher than that.

    Cheers
