    I got no idea! Carrots have better technical knowledge than me! I'm hoping Terry might get it fitted while John's away but trying hard not to go up there and nag!

    The bhp sounds spot on but the torque soundsa like nm not ft/lbs to me if its ft:lbs you have a monster of a 1600 engine still good figures though.

    Hi Luke, not sure, John is off competing in Belgium this weekend so I guess it's on hold until he gets back.

    He seems pretty confident.

    Nav doing first ever event too so good chance of sick in the car!

    Well, despite saying I wasn't going to buy an engine, the inevitable happened and I've bought an engine!

    It has some headwork, Newman cams and AT Throttle Bodies and a rolling road printout from December showing 176bhp and 182 of torque.

    I think with that in and the Satchshift fitted she should be much improved for Caerwent!

    The Satchshift has arrived and will hopefully be fitted very shortly. It's a really nicely engineered item and can't wait to get it in the car.

    Never mind, I love Caerwent so looking forward to that. Quickest I've ever been around there was deffo with your dad!

    Satchshift first and then start thinking about some extra power!

    Sounds like you had a bit of a mare down pembrey, I'm sure you'll get into it with a some more mileage in the pug under your belt. I fancied a satchshift for mine, they look a fine piece of kit. Good luck for the next event.
