        Good to see it coming along David.
        Can you tell me more about your gear lever gaiter surround? I need to do something similar.
        Did you fab it yourself or was it a purchase?

          It was a std cossie gator and we made the rest with aluminium plate. It fits to the tunnel with M6 rivnuts

            Stuck the std cossie bumper on for now but wont be using this as its fecking heavy! Gonna order up some new lightweight panels next week hopefully

                It's looking like a very smart final build ' up the road a little ' , a huge amount of preparation on tintops though compared to my little beast.

                  Using my steel bootlid until a fibreglass one can be fitted. I am going to cut out as much internal skin as pos so that it is fairly light. This will serve as a good spare too as it will be fitted on pins and be interchangeable with the glass one

                            did you buy it of ron amis if you did it my beam it has the toe altered to stop tramping and camber altered it was sent away on a jig for me by graham hatherway with my setting altered to suit if that makes it clearer i think he was sorry when he took it off it make a hel of a diffrence good luck you will see wheen you drive it

                              Yes thats the one Joe, good to know cheers. Did it still run normal ride height or a bit lower as this looks like it might wanna drop down say 10mm compared to the old one?

                                Front doors on, held on with shanked allen bolts rather than pins. Gonna make my own check straps too..
