I'm fitting the pedal box at the moment. Had to modify the steering column bracket to clear the new wider box. I'll have it all finished over the Christmas holiday.

New pedal box is being painted in 2 pack, should get it back next week.



Had a play with Paint Shop Pro in the mean time.

Autosport show tomorrow. Looking at picking up a new ECU (DTA S80 Pro), race boots, and a few other bits.

The DTA S80 pro is what i have for my car, they're supposed to be very good.
I was gonna sell it as I had origionally bought it to run the V6tt and on a pinto (albeit on Tbs) it seemed a bit OTT but I guess at least it is future proof incase I ever go turbo, or more likely 8 injectors

So I went to the Autosport show today, looking for a fuel rail, and Titan are going to 'pop one in the post', Good chaps.

And then I wandered over to the Quaife stand, and I had to change my underwear. They've only gone and answered all my prayers and made a Sequential IB5 FWD Gearbox.

Quaife, you are awesome.

Will be placing my order for sure.



Mmmm, first ever sequential gearboxed Mk1 Fiesta. I like the sound of that.

The list price is £4400 and doesn't include an LSD.

I already have a full Quaife BC gearbox with LSD, so I'll swap the LSD over, and sell the BC box.

I'll also be asking for a discount as they've sponsored me in the past, and I'm hoping (praying) that they'll honour the same discount offered back in 2001.

Graham, It's this bit that concerns me as I think Dave is right and that the longer stroke means a taller block, I'm 90% sure, I'll find out for you

Been watching this with interest, cant wait to see it back out on the hills in the Midland Speed Champ, my father competes often, so I've had a very long look around this car before - it should be mighty with the duratec.

I might be interestet in the Quaife gearbox of yours. Already have an LSD fitted (quaife)
