One question regarding these mounts - do they make, if using the same shocks, springs, etc., sit the front of the car higher than with standard mounts ?

Am upgrading the front suspension, adjustable TCAs, comp struts and forward anti roll bar etc and these turned up today;
New comp brake top mounts. Fit beautifully and I know the adjustment isnt as great as some but I will have other means of adjustment too.
Got one arch rolled nicely to cover the tyre. (pic is before starting!) Other front should be straight forward but I'm sure it will be a struggle to get the rears out as far as I need. Fingers crossed.
Also fitted a good pair of side skirts as the white ones had seen better days. Just got to finish removing the adhesive from the door mouldings, hoping thinners or petrol might do it easier.

Fitted the tow hook using a D shackle for now to save chopping anything about, still not convinced these will stay. Will unclip easily from the bumper in use.
Have also acquired a set of inters, just got to sort the wheels out now, namely the 15mm too much offset on the rears. Will probably involve ordering a set with around ET35 to use as rears while keeping the ET23s on the fronts.

All strapped in nice and tight. Eyebolts at the front also clamp down the ally base and one of the rears doubles up as diff hanger bolt through the bracing. Next to bolt down the swirl pot and pumps, and finish plumbing it all in..
dave do you have a splash bowl to fit around that filler? blue book says it needs one
