You should have made a them zakspeed box arch/thundersaloon style, would look even wider than it already does!

I have still been busy making some fibreglass arches that have been a bit of stuggle but i have got there in the end ,i have started painting it aswell ,its not the best but i am sure to mess it up the first visit to a gravel trap so it will do

Dropped the engine and box off at Andys last night with the help of Ant ,got a phone call today to say the gearbox is showing signs of a hard life ,all the gears other than 5th are shagged as are the syncros and baulk rings so i need to source some decent used replacements as they are no longer available ,it seems as we suspected the gear linkage is a bit too direct ,just hope for better news on the engine

Yea it was red and grey grafics with centre exit exhaust, wide track and was rapid, didnt notice if it was for sale though :-)

If it was the one it was for sale a couple of years ago ,strong money around 10k iirc but it has a real good spec

Managed to get a bit done this weekend ,new brake lines ,fuel line in up to engine bay (cheers Pig) got a new dash pod so mounted that and cut clocks in ,then started adapting the wiring ,it was a bit trickier than i thought as i have done away with the centre consul and now have an sbd management loom that was a bit different to my old loom ,i am hoping it works but time will tell

Dont think i will be out untill late this year if at all Dave ,the brake pedal is big in the hope i might be able to find it to stop me before i find the gravel
