i think it would take more than that, I have no dizzy or even a drive for the dizzy

Hopefully the engine should be up and running soon anyway, whether we can get a mapping session fitted in is another matter but at least most of the car is done now

Updates this week are that the new Retromotorsport exhaust system is all fitted up and clamped in place, complete with its pinto spark plug in the down pipe (lambda boss plug!). Looks absolutely superb and fits really well under the car, well out of harms way No pics though, will take some next time.

We also now have wipers and mirrors, and any remaining odds and sods are on their way from rally design, so we are officially nearly there

They have had the car running, but no time to get it on the rollers before the trackday

Yep car didn't make it to combe but not for lack of trying on everyones part. We've had it running as Gary says and apart from a couple of minor glitches to sort with the loom there is now only a rolling road mapping session between us and it being totally finished.

Big thanks to Steve G who went well out of his way to come to us and get the car running. It's a huge step and means that we have proved nearly all of the systems on the car now, so provided we have a good mapping session it will appear at a trackday for a shakedown in July and then at Brands GP for the beginning of August with the DMN
