All wets now on the car, much more trailer and storage friendly than the slicks. Cheers again to Ray at Prep tech for the paint

you really shouldn't nick wheels from rally cars dave! you might get in trouble!!
but painting them black is a good way of disguising them i s'pose!

Anyway, its a good point about not having to change the ride height! but wouldn't you have to soften the car for the wet?

Done a fair bit of work this week, not on the car, but to the same ends.
The garage was seriously messy and dusty so I completely emptied it and spent a few days this week coating all the walls with a few layers of mongolia emulsion.

The result is that its a hell of a lot brighter and tidier out there and there's lots more space for working on the car.

Got the last coat on today so even gave the racecar a good wash being as its been sunny for a change
Just need to repaint the floor next time the car's out for a bit.











Should be a few updates on the car now over the next couple of weeks...
