Niiiice, that's going to be one smooooth engine! Should make that engine fantastic, hopefully unleash some more torque/power somewhere in the rev range

Yeah hopefully, probably wont effect peak figures but midrange power and driveability should be noticably better

Watching this closely, i plan on doing the same to my engine of a similar spec. You gonna use yours on the road as well

Not yet. Money a bit tight at the moment, and need to get Dave White's car up and running and the camper done before i can start on the car

Good writeup in Classic Ford too Andy. How much extra BHP do you reckon you'll get from the Jenveys (which look ace on the x-flow BTW)

Drivablility should be superb. One thing my 2.0 Zetec never ever suffered from was bogging down. I could give it full throttle in any gear, and it would just accelerate like a rocket. You simply cant beat fuel injection.

Mid range on the little x flow should be miles better now Graham, plus when we did the rolling road shoot out the exhaust manifold was totally knackered, so with a new one and jenveys it should be in the 180's

even if you do nothing, start rumours, before silverstone everyone will think you have another 70 bhp and 30 lb ft of torque :P
