You did better than I did at my 1st meeting last year
I did come to talk to you after the 2nd race but you'd already left, make sure you come and see me next time
Cheers Nick i was going to come and say hello but didnt really have time before the first race and was a bit pissed off after hope you had a good day ,how did you get on i didnt even know i hadnt finished last let alone see how other people did
Thanks to everyone for there support
after speaking with Andy who helps with the car we think the 20 odd bhp we are missing is going to stop us climbing the grid so i think we are going to build either a 1600 8v or get a proper head for my bottom end as although its a big valve 13oo head a standard 1400sri head has 1mm bigger valves so i might have to miss the next few rounds and i am trying to move house at the moment so will have to see how funds are
Well done Jezza, pity you didn't get out for the second one but at least you've got the race under you're belt and survived to fight another day.
Be good to see this car evolve and improve, I reckon it's got loads of potential

I was so pee,d off with being told i was too slow at the begining of the race i got the times printed off when i took the transponder back and as i thought i was quicker at the begining ,the clerk of the course said he was watching me at the end and thought i was allright pace wise that was when i was at my slowest with the slipping clutch

Cheers Dave it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be i am sure you will have a great time when you are ready to compete, but i have got to say its a totally different ball game to trackdays and boy are them minis quick
Jezz. Nice to see you out in class E. Considering your car was fresh out and it was your first race your qualifying times were very good. There must be a lot more potential with the engine and set up. Keep at it. Well done.
Cheers Ken my aim was to try to keep near you , in my dreams you have one lovely prepared well driven and rapid mini ,has certainly given me food for thought and goal posts to aim for
Jezz. Just looked at some of last years qualifying times and you would have been some where in the middle of class E. It is unfortunate that at the moment class E is under subcribed but they will all be back soon.

its time in the seat under race conditions you need most, more power doesnt tend to make huge differences in lap times unless your gaining a huge chunk of power
Well done Jezz.I was down there watching and thought u done very very wellcar looked the part too.didnt see you in the paddock anywhere thoughlook forward to seeing it and you progress
