Are you sure that they're plumbed in right? Is the peddle hard or soft? Try not to just stop straight after the 40 -0 mph stops or the discs will warp, best to cruise around for a lap or two

FWDs need a strong left foot for the brake pedal Do you use a bias valve? Is it wound the right way?

Really looks the part. Loving the wide slicks.

I run Ferodo DS2500's in the Fiesta, and they were shite the first time I tried them. Once bedded in, they very very good, especially from cold. Non-Servo cars do take some getting used to, especially jumping in from a standard road car.

Well we went to lydden today to have a shakedown to find any teething problems with the car,the track was really dusty as they have been working on the circuit and after a few sighting laps to get some heat in the car ,i started to push a bit harder,i came round the bend at the bottom of the hill a little too quick ,was starting to run a bit wide ,mistakenly i backed off which made the back step out i steered into that but the back end had hit the dusty part and duly decided to swing in the other direction and all i could see out off the side of the car was the barrier and i thought here we go againbut as luck would have it the car came to a stop facing the right way at the edge of the circuit i would like to say it was driver skill but i think it was more like luck so i set off again slightly more gingerly, after that the car went well but i have no brakes and the gear change leaves a lot to be desired, but i managed a few more sessions and managed to pick my pace up a bit more, we had a drive shaft failure ,well it popped out so we have got to fit slightly longer driveshafts and i got black flagged for a fluid leak, which was a solid coolant pipe that has fractured so that was game over but all in all i am very impressed with the car the engine pulled very well and doesnt feel like only 114bhp and it handled like it was on rails ,if you stay away from the dust and keep your foot in i would just like to say a big thanks to my brother Ant and Andy Tedder who has helped every step of the way and without his knowledge wouldnt be the car it is today
