Yes please, I'd love to see some pics of Tony's car. I think I met him at Silverstone in 2002, I can recall an immaculate Mini at the meet.

Folded it from 0.6mm steel (bought from B&Q for £6)






I used masking tape to mask the areas I didn't want the Sikaflex to stick to.

After 2hrs drying time, I removed the masking tape and it leaves neat seams.

It is now painted inside in Sunburst red (it is painted in red primer in the pics), and the underside will be painted in Dinitrol 4941 once fitted.
