hope to get mine going before the month is out. Tonight I'm puzzling over Conrod bolt torques.... 42 nm seems just very little..

No fire yet. Except some occational back flames.

We have oil pressure, spark and fuel so everything is basicly in order we only need to get the ignition timing set up.
Also I can choose wasted spark ignition during starts to make the engine start better.

pardon my ignorance , but how does it make starting easier? And what triggers it , is it the oil light?

It shoots in to two cylinders at the same time. And the RPM reading triggers it.

Thanks guys it feels pretty good now that its runing. It is very loud though. I think I'll be strugling to get past the scruteneers. We have a 110db limit @ 4500rpm.
