That certainly is an option to look into if this trick with the manifold isn't a good idea.
The manifold is now modified and needs to be taken back to the welder to be finished. Then its only a matter of manufacturinc the adaptor pipe between the new manifold and old exhaust pipe so that I could easily try both manifolds on the rollers.
I also changed the injectors for smaller ones. From 420cc to 330cc. Am I good to fire the engine up or do I have to worry about it beeing too lean?
